Web Support This module enables schools/colleges and their branches to record, access, report and manage their student, employee data and performance records in real-time. Parents can track their wards' performance, such as marks, health condition, attendance etc., using this module. Students can send exam application through the web site. Alumni can enter as well as view details. Parents, students, teachers and administrators use the system to share information about grades, attendance records, homework, assignments etc. This helps, improve the quality and effectiveness of education by empowering students, parents and educators with real-time information, relevant assessment tools and access to educational resources online. Parents/guardians and students use this system, to communicate with teachers and monitor performance in real-time (grades, attendance, homework assignments and more). The main feature of this application is the Messaging Service. Each of the user communities are allotted unique e-mail Id's, which they can use for any sort of communication within the campus- be it student to student, student to teacher or amongst the office and faculty members. Another attraction of this application is the Bulletin Board System. Each of the User groups can maintain and manage their bulletin boards with information like any event coverage in the school like debates, cultural fest etc. Similarly, the teacher community can host articles of various interests on the bulletin board. Parents can observe their young children over the Internet, while their children are in the classroom, in real time, once the classrooms are installed with network CCTV cameras.
